Our Compliance for HP's highest service certification includes the supply of original parts and toners, remotely managed by HP’s Device Connect Software and Highly Qualified Technical Staff that are continuously training and completing the latest exams required by HP.

Reporting on HP’s Portal is done weekly to ensure our compliance.

Our technical staff are able to repair machines efficiently while our Call Centre will keep you abreast of the status of your query.

HP DC is a platform of capabilities used by HP MPS delivery teams in the execution of remote device monitoring, remote management, and proactive services. It is the technology component that, when combined with the people and processes of HP’s Priority Support Centers, enables remote management and/or proactive services of MPS contract devices.

HP Smart Device Services (HP SDS) is a cloud-based solution that allows you to monitor and manage a fleet of HP devices remotely. HP SDS lets providers of Managed Print Services and Printer Fleet Management improve their service offerings and optimize work processes – saving time and money.

FMA

FMAudit is the complete, all-in-one solution that helps office equipment dealers and managed print providers collect print device data and manage those devices

HP Access Control Software

HP Access Control Printing Solutions makes it easy to monitor and control imaging and printing costs, collect and track data by device and user, and modify user behavior to help lower expenses and eliminate unclaimed documents. Manage access to networked HP LaserJet printers, & MFPs scanners to protect sensitive information. Ensure streamlined imaging and printing practices by confirming the right devices are being used for the right jobs, and help contribute to sustainability goals by reducing paper usage.

This software can also be integrated with a card or tag reader system with all the necessary rules and routing programmed for the specific user to assist with account tracking and enforce printing strategies.
